They're not, nor does anyone seem to pay much attention to big trucks
or buses, which admittedly tend to have shorter lives but pump out a
whole lot more crap than any ten cars and roll all day long and into the
night. For the fun-filled weekend in sunny Bermuda: Why don't companies
get pollution credits for shipping by rail instead of trucks?
