Sure, I use them all the time. They give ventilation with much less 
wind noise, but it's not a lot of ventilation. 68-70 are alike, 71-73 
are similar. Just turn the knobs to open the vents. 67 may be the 
same as 68; someone else fill this in.

We have had one of the BEST winters I can remember here. Lots of sun 
and little snow. I can't believe that it looks like spring already.
