[T3] possible solution to removing side air intake vents

i was given a good possible answer to this huge problem for customizers like
me, please let me know any potential side effects. after filling in those side
vents (69 squareback) run a pipe, tube, etc.. from the engine air ducts down
and out through the body, concealed behind the rear bumper to the outside ends
exsposed to the fresh moving air. it would not require pulling the air any
further, and it is not sucking hotter pavement air from beneath the ride.
well what do you think ??
