    This was the case for the rear seats in Phillip.  However the front has
the three threaded mounting holes.  The rear was missing the outer, lower
ones.  I ended up drilling into the wheel well and using giant 2" washers
inside and out.
   DÁ·Ýht they just missed this operation on the factory floor...
