I do not like to put my cars in the paper for sale. I learned when I sold my Morris Mini. I put it in the paper and had at least 50 calls in the first few days. I showed it to many pG o didn't have money or interest in buying. They only wanted to see something they have never seen before. I had it in the paper for $4000 and nobody acted serious. I put it on the web without price and a guy in Tennesee offered me $6000 without seeing it. Sent me the money and I shipped her to him. He loves the car... I want to sell me 1965 1500s Notchback now. There are four here for sale now. One is a little better looking than mine for $6000. One about the same for $5800. Two are just rolling bodies without interior, engines, or chrome. These are $2500 each. I want $3000 for mine. If I put it in the paper it will sell. But I would rather not take a week off work to show it to 50 people who just want to see a Notch. It is not perfect. Needs all rubbers and door panels. Pan has been fixed. I have a perfect extra pan that goes with it as well as another set of seats. I re-chromed everything and the braking system is all new. Still 6 volt. Runs and drives well. Body not rusty. Let me know, maybe next week I will put it in the Auto Trader.
