You're in luck! Jerry, I just replaced my popout rubber in my '66 square and it isn't too difficult. DON'T use any kind of sealant or silicone! All you need is some good, slippery liquid hand or dishwashing soap. Once you have removed the metal frame, you can then chuck the old rubber and give the window a good cleaning. (be careful not to bend the frame) The inside rubber just slips over the window, and then soap up the inside of the frame and carefully slide both ends on. Make sure the rubber isn't binding and have a helper standing by to screw the frame together. I really had to push the two frame halves to get them to meet nicely. Now for the easy part, put some soap into the grooves on the outside of the frame and soap up the rounded edge of the rubber. You then must hold the rubber in place with one hand and slide the thumb of your other hand down the rubber forcing it into the groove. It will work, and once you've done one, the other can be done in about 1/4 of the time! Be careful when reinstalling the window, too, since most T3's I've seen don't have the little plastic bushing over the hinges anymore, (cracked and crumbled due to weather) Hope this helps, but if you have further questions, please email.
