Having been somewhat involved with directly converting microfiche to computerized records, I can say that the equipment you need to do that is probably not available at a price you'd want to pay. Many local libraries in the US have microfiche to paper copiers(coin operated), if you have one available to you there, you might be able to use that to make paper copies, then scan those. Another possibility is to take pictures of the microfiche reader screen w1ŁÓm gital camera, probably wouldn't be as good a result as making a paper copy first.
