[T3] Cross-drilling brakes


I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you have the pattern and proper
tools, plus are familiar in working with metal.  I checked with a lot of
businesses in Portland to do it and they wouldn't due to legal issues.

If you have to ask then I wouldn't recommend it.
