[T3] Brake upgrades.

Has anyone found a good upgrade for the brakes on the Type 3?  I am looking
for rear discs and stronger fronts.  I plan on using steel braided lines.
Toby didn't you have your rotors cross drilled?  Did that make any
discernible difference?  Anyone have any good experiences with a particular
brand of pads.  I have used Raybestos pads in the past and had good luck but
any other opinions appreciated.  BTW its a 70 square I'm working on.  I'm
mostly interested in aesthetic value of discs but I want to retain a
functional E-brake.
