[T3] Opinion On Brake Bleeding

OK I replaced my brake hoses, rear cylinders, new pads, rotors, turned
drums.
Bled the Rear brakes got 1/2 a firm pedal, Bled the fronts got fluid thru
(very Black) but can not seem to get a full firm pedal? Is my Master
cylinder 1/2 bad?
When I bought the car the brakes as I remember worked. Full Firm pedal. Over
a month I disassembled the brake system and then bled the system. What do
you guys think? Not enough bleeding? or a new master cylinder? I did not
touch the calipers other than clean up the outside.
They do not show signs of leaks 

What would you do?
