Of course you must replace all the bulbs. Then the clock must be replaced or I THINK you, or someone, could replace just the 6V winder mechanism inside with a 12V winder from a later clock. You might be able to just use a dropping resistor, but it would be just a bit hard to determine the right value. The speedo itself can remain unchanged. You will need to replace the gas gauge, but the sender in the tank will be fine as is.
