Bummer!! but good thing you followed the proper startup procedure!! This is why I dont stray from stock, I keep hearing these stories. I almost went with full flow but then greg had problems and so on... if this happened to my Notch it would probably be years before I had time and money to get into it again and the car would just sit. I still want a 1776 in it but Gene Berg is the only one I'll trust and for the Square bone stock is the only way ill feel safe, I cannot do without the square or have it break down thousands of miles from home Letting it sit over the winter without running it tends to let carbon deposits loosen up and contaminate the oil.
