Well.. I cant really give an answer in writing, its a skill that needs learning and seeing someone actually doing it. there are books and illustrations and thats probably the best way to go but you need to use the right solder (63/37 in most apps) the correct flux, the right heat range which means an ironwith an accurate temp guage (NOT a weller). Uually around 700F. heat the wire from the END and feed the solder from the side NEVER letting the solder under the insulation (this is why they break!) then burning off the flux. this is just a quickie example.
