Re: type3-d Digest V98 #300

I would like to second that. I am still learning to maintain the motor,
and this method has reassured me I'm on the right track. When I purchased the
car I was getting 18-20mpg around town (it had sat for at least a year). After
two tuneups and 1,500 miles I am getting a steady 24-25mpg. After I try
balancing the carbs and I buy a timing gun I hoping to get it up to 28?! (Oh,
car has stock 1600 except 009 dist. and header/QP.)
