After much running around town, I found the answer to my own question. NAPA sells a universal fuel pump mounting kit. It's called the NAPA Balkamp # BK.610-1042. Fits and works great. Upon opening it, I discovered it is actually made (or distributed) by Facet, and its part number is 479807.
