Thanks for the tips.  I'll try this on the driver's side when I get it
off to strip and paint in the next couple of weeks.   I hadn't though
about putting in the channel liner before the vent frame, I tried
doing it last and had a terrible time.  Snapping the outer scraper
clips into place took the longest time, followed by geting the vent
frame into place
