[T3] Stock oil temp

Any one out there know what the stock oil temp is suppose to be on a,
let's say, 100*F day?  I'm trying to gain a point of reference for my
1930cc.  It runs around 190*F on the Freeway, but runs 200-205 aftet
that in city stop and go.
