    The locktite that you want to use here is the green.  That is, not blue
(non-permanent thread lock), not red (permanent thread lock), but green
(cylindrical lock).  For example, you use this type to install press-fit
sealed bearings on machinery.  That said, any of the above will work to some
degree.
