[T3] Broken Odometer

In my opinion this is not a DYI (do-it-yourself) type project.  There 
are many ways to screw it up and it takes practice to make it come 
out right.

It takes me a couple of hours to disassemble the speedo, do this job 
and reassemble.  I charge $50 for this.
