I'm surprised that they are different, but it's certainly possible.  
What you really need to do is determine what thread they are.  All 
the cars I work on use a 7mm wrench, both the cylinders with the M6 x 
1 threads, or the calipers with the M7 x 1 threads.  I know that 
around here I can buy a number of different replacement bleed valves 
in various threads, but I need to know the thread before I come in.
