Looking for wheels with the 4x130mm bolt pattern can be very frustrating. There are very few choices out there. The standard EMPI-style 8 spokes, chromed original VW wheels, and Centerline solid disks(see Toby E's orange square) are the most commonly available. Barrett Enterprises offers a nice euro-looking aluminum 5 spoke. Beyond these there is not much choice. One website that I found that offers some additional choices is: http://www.salesco.com/wheels/vw/401_vw_aluminum_billet_wheels.htm but the prices are kind of high and I personally don't like most of the wheels. I plan to have my drums and rotors redrilled for the more common 4x100mm pattern found on many modern cars. The checking I have done so far looks like it should be possible. I will offset the new pattern 45 degrees so I can always go back to the originals. I will probably also have studs inserted so that I can go with a more common lugnut as opposed to lugbolt. Makes getting the wheels on a bit easier. Now I just need to decided which of the many wheels out there that I want and I am sure I will still have to struggle some to get the whell offset to be right. VW T3 wheels are 43mm offset I believe. Just my 3 cents worth. John Jaranson 71 FI Auto Fasty (with eight holes in each drum/disk! 8^) ) ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
