Good, heavy string/cord, lubed with dishwashing detergant; loop it around the track of the gasket (once the gasket is already on the window). Seat one edge of the window; apply pressure around the window as you're pulling out the string, presto, window installed in roughly 90 seconds (and you're instantly as good as the pro's).
