You want to check out the fuel prices in the UK if you think $3.00 a
gallon is expensive.  Four Star full lead fuel is at the moment 70p a
litre, and with 4.5 litres to the gallon the works out at £3.15 a
gallon, which roughly equates to around $5.00 a gallon. You have got it
easy in the US, but I suppose you dont have much of an alternative to
driving in the way of public transportation outside the major cities.
