Actually, Keith, They can raise it just a bit (you know, that elusive 2mm that distinguishes 'kewl' from 'stock') IF you go from unpressurised shocks to gas- charged ones (like KYB Gas-a-justs). It's not a big change, but I've noticed it on every car I've put the pressurised shocks on. And yep, it really isn't much more than 2mm! Toby B shocked.
