I don't know if this is on the FAQ (but it should be). There is a seal that
goes between the fresh air handler and body that dries-up and cracks
allowing water to leak in.

You'll need to take out the glove box and all the fresh air pipes to get to
it. There are 4 bolts holding it in. After you remove those bolts and drop
it down, you'll see the seal.
