Dary, I helped a friend recently with the same problem. Make sure the wiper motor is connected to the correct fuse. I'd tell you which one but don't have my repair manuals with me at work. Maybe someone else can refer you to this. The problem with my friend's wiper motor blowing fuses was that the motor was faulty plus it was connected to the wrong position on the fuse panel. Before disconnecting anything, make a drawing of the terminals on the motor and/or switch & the color of the wires & which terminal they connect to. These should be something like 31, 31a, 31b,53, 53a, 53b. This is recalling from memory.
