Trivia For Bone-Stock-Original Freaks

Hello All,

Found something interesting while replaceing my starter.  On the bolt
for the battery lead connection was a "sleave" covering the bolt and eye
of of the battery lead, this is on the selonoid.  The cover was held in
place by a white nylon cap-nut.  Never seen one before.  One of those
things that never gets put back on during a repair.  It was stock, and
had a VW part number on it.  Any one seen this?
