I'm finaly started cleaning up a new (to me!) dashpad that I got last summer. It only has 3 cracks compared to my original. All the cracks eminate from the speaker grill (surprise), and are really small. To my uneducated eye, it would seem easy enough to fill them with something black for a spiffy new look. Who makes black epoxy, or black caulk? Any tips? I was givin the tip to use Vasaline to bring back to life dried out vinyl. I am testing this on my old dashboard with some Bag Balm I had laying around the house (what can't you do with this stuff?). In getting all the bits and pieces for the dash back together, I noticed that the grab handle isn't symetrical top to bottom. Can someone check which way is up, the rounder or the more tapered side... Much obliged, Peter Parker '66 Square; Phillip Portland, OR
