You've eliminated a good part of the possible problems, probably not controller or ignition. Must be harness. Time to get out the Bentley FI diagram and the ohmmeter and run the procedure in Muir. Does your fuel pump run at all now? If not, you know where to look. I had a similar thing happen in the parking lot here at work after I had to do an emergency oil cooler seal replacement. Broke two wires(in parallel) going to the control unit off in the far left of the compartment, sun was going down and didn't see them right off. Had to patch them up with packing tape, didn't have any crimp fittings or soldering equipment with me. No pump at all. Have got to get that harness replaced come spring.
