Doug, Use a product called JB Weld it works great. It can be found just about anywhere, Wal Mart, auto parts supply store, etc. I used it on my tank, it was in the same condition as yours in relation to the pin size holes & one that was somewhat larger & it has worked well. It is a two tube product that uses equal amounts from each tube then is mixed together & applied the a clean surface. Hope this helps.
