This is an involved process. You should have a Bentley and/or Haynes shop manual as these explain the process. Remember volks, a shop manual is a TOOL and MUST be a part of your toolkit if you plan on working on your vehicle. They are easily obtainable new or used and cost less than $40 each (new), pay for themselves in one hour of labor you do yourself, and generally last longer than most hand tools.
