Very sick '71 Squareback

Ok everyone,
     In a recent post, I described the symptoms of my sick squareback.
I was told that I needed to do a compression check.  Well, I have now
done that, and I don't like what I found out.  The results of the check
are as follows:

Cylinder No. 1  --  50lbs
Cylinder No. 2  --  120lbs
Cylinder No. 3  --  25lbs
Cylinder No. 4  --  25lbs

With this information in hand, what do these results mean (other that
the car is sick :-))?
