Blinkers

    I Recently had trouble with my blinkers, they were blinking on the
outside of the car just fine ...but the arrows on the inside would blink 2-3
times then shut off?  So I got a new blinker for it....but I plugged it in
and it doesn't work at all....so I put the other one back and now it doesn't
work!!!  I think I must be putting wires to the wrong plugs or
something.....Does anyone Know which wire goes Where?
