Anyone have some recommended timing settings for the 050 with dual solex
32's?
Can anyone tell me why I would want to even use this dist instead of a
009 or the stocker.
1969 fastback 1600 Auto dual solex 32's
An last but most important please diagnose my problem. The car idles
and drives fine at partial throttle. At WOT it will wind out and then
at about 4500 it bogs very bad. If I then let up on the throttle it
will shift and run fine until the next shift is due. Everything else
seems to be O.K. except it runs a little hot. I am assuming that is
timing since it pings when hot under load. When in neutral it will rev
fine past 4500.
Any advice taken.
