more oil cooler

So the foam should be from the top of the cooler to halfway down the left
end?  The one that I have wraps all the way around to underneath the
cooler, and the cooler that I removed did not have any foam.  Also, I do
not need the washers on my late model oil cooler bolts?  Another Tom
Wilson error, I'm afraid.  I need to buck up the dollars for the Bentley
manual.  Thanks, folks.
