I know that some Porsche 914 1.7L & 2.0L (NOT the 1.8L) fuel injection
parts can be used on the T3 as they use the same system (Bosch D-jetronic).
Generally Porsche parts are more expense just because of the name, but I
did notice that an air flow meter in my new RMMW's catalog was priced
higher than some I've seen for sale in Porsche catalogs.
I don't think you can actually repair one, but getting a replacement
shouldn't be a problem. Are you sure it's the sensor and maybe not a bad
hose? Leaky hoses (vacuum lines) are the source of many a problem.
They're also super easy to replace!

Anyone here familar rebuilding the Pressure Sensor for the Type III ? I
needed to know if it is a repairable ? And I need to speak somebody here
who is good with the Fuel Injection and D- Electronic system. I own a '71
SQBK.
