California T-3 owners

     Ca. T-3 owners;
     
     In my opinion, it is very important to support the proposed bill SB42. 
     This bill limits the need for smog checks for those vehicles 25 years 
     old (and older). I called the Governor's office and the Transportation 
     Dept. It seems that the best way to show our support is to send a 
     letter to your Governor and your Assembly Representative (see your 
     'phone book for the address). The bill was introduced by our friend
