Hmmm... Intake manifold leaks? Try poking an unlit, slightly cracked open propane torch around any place the intake system might draw air while the engine is running. If you have a leak you'll suck propane and the engine will react by changing speed. Double check the pressure regulator. How old's your engine? Low compression due to wear, loose heads, whatever, can cause those symptoms. Compression test? Hope this helps, Curt
