Hmmm... Intake manifold or vaccuum leaks? Try waiving a propane torch (unlit and slightly cracked open) around any place the intake system might draw air while the engine is running. If you have a leak, you'll suck the propane thru it and the engine will react by changing speed. Double check the pressure regulator! Also check your heads. Are they bolted on tight? Compression test? Old engines with lower compression due to wear can act funny with FI. Hope this helps, Curt
