RE: Cleaning engine

I usually just take it to the car wash and *carefully* blast it clean. If you're lucky the car wash will have an engine cleaner setting. If not that, Easy Off oven cleaner and a nylon bristle pot scrubber type brush works well too. Of all the regular engine cleaning products I've used, only Gumout seems to work well, with scrubbing. Cheap generic brand engine cleaners are a joke. Ditto for Carb cleaning fluid.

Subject: Cleaning engine

Hello List,
What product(s) would be recommended for cleaning a T3 engine? I
would prefer cleaning it while witout removing the engine. What is the
recommended procedure? Are commercial grade products such as Gunk, etc.
products good to use?

					Thanks,
