Re[2]: lowering

I have to disagree with this 1 notch = 2" stuff. My baby is lowered 2 notches,
which would equate to a 4" drop! I don't think so! That plus the lower profile
tires would drop me so deep in to the weeds that I would no longer have a daily
driver. I don't do any clanging or bumping so what gives? I think the
computation was in error. Would someone please clarify so I don't have to
dredge out my manuals?
Thanks,

Something else just dawned on me...

You normally have about 2" between the rubber snobber and the lower torsion
arm at stock height. You lower 1 spline and you'll be just touching
the snubber
OK so you remove the snubber and just live with the clanging at every bump.
If you lower 2 Notches though you will be sitting right on the frame ear
meaning no suspention travel at all.
