A lot. If you're staying stock stick with FI. Life will be much more
pleasant.

On the assumption my pump is playing in that big squareback in the sky I
have some choices:
Convert to carb (I have been offered a 1600 single carb that was rebuilt 7
years ago and has been hanging out on a shelf ever since for $300)
get a pump (One-Stop auto swears they have one for a 71 fuel injected
VW type III. With a warranty) and keep the original FIin there.
Sheesh. So many choices. How much do I have to change to go to a
carb?
