The two wires in the plastic plug control the relay. For starters,
ignore them and use a clip lead to short between the other wires.
this should produce a small spark and run your pump. If the pump
doesn't run verify that you have 12 V there, if not check the fuse,
if so start looking at the connections to the pump.
If the pump relay clicks when you turn on the key and again a second
later everything else is working.
You should hear a double click when you turn the key on (fuel pump
relay and main power relay under the back seat both closing) and a
second later the pump relay drops open. The main relay opens when
you turn the key off.
Verify that all this is happening and report back here.
