Good (and isn't it nice to have GOOD help!)

Good again

Do this with the car up on jackstands. Adjust til they rub, start engine
and run the wheels forward, stop, reverse, stop, repeat. Stop engine. This
centers the shoes. Readjust. Do this until there is no furthur change.
You will find that you will need to do this several times before you get the
brakes adjusted and centered. It is easy to be misled into thinking the
shoes are tight when in fact they are just off center and dragging on one edge.

Another way of doing this is to just keep adjusting one whoe at a time while
turning the wheel alternately forward and back. Keep tightening each shoe
until you are no longer able to turn the wheel by hand in either direction,
then loosen til it no longer drags (2-4 notches.)

Will make no difference. The purpose of adjusting the brakes is to remove
the extra play produced by wear.

A front caliper that is not retracting completely (a VERY common t3 problem)
will only make your pedal stroke smaller, not bigger. So this is not your
problem.

You're just looking for a bolthead. It should be big enough to feel through
the insulation. It will not be all the way in the bottom of the space back
there, rather it will be just outside and behind the black plastic "Jarvic
7" back there. I'm pretty sure you should have them in a 66.
