First off thanks for all the help so far on Phillip's brake problem, still not working however. Per the suggestions for fixing my double pump brakes so far: * Bleeding: Did this AGAIN last night with the help of my lovely assistant Ginger. I bought clear vinyl hose which showed me nothing but beautiful, clean, smooth, bubble free fluid from each wheel. * Indeed, I do have a new german single master FOR '66 disk, with the little blue band. * In my inexperienced opinion the rear brakes are adjusted pretty tight. My manuals don't really describe how much "rubbing" is correct. I screw out the stars until they begin to impede the wheels movement, and then back them off one notch. It still makes occasinal noise at this adjustemt point. Is this still too loose? * All the friction pads are in good shape. Less than half worn out from what my manuals describe. * For the first time last night I noticed that the front right caliper is not releasing the pads from the rotor all the way. Is this the smoking gun? The rotor still turns, but with a little drag... I'm still looking for those outer rear (under the seat) lap belt mounts. I'm trying not to tear out all that lovely factory insulation in the process of my search, so another couple clue's would be helpful. Regards Peter Parker Portland, Oregon '66 Square Phillip
