All the squarebacks (68-) I have ever had, had 3 points available in all
four seats. I have seen a few cars where the rear upper points were still
hidden under the vinyl (factory forgot to install the plastic bolt on one
side!), but the nut was there when I went looking for it.
The lower rear points are just special reinforced body mounting screws.
Early cars probably don't have the right reinforcing.
