The mounting spot that is occupied by the large ivory plastic screw at the 
top of the window is for seat belts.  The popout window moumt is at the rear 
center of the window and is simply covered over in cars that didn't come 
with the popouts.  Note that not all cars come with the rectangular holes in 
the body for the pivots at the front of the popouts.  You can't tell until 
you remove the windows from the frame.
