Where is the full line on the Type-3 dipstick? Mine has a notch about
3/4" from the bottom(I forgot to look at it, so my number may be wrong),
and a rubber cylinder about 1/5" above the notch. Should the oil reach
the bottom of the rubber cylinder, or the top?
