[T3] Repop dash (and other reproduction parts)

I got the reproduction dash cover from ISP yesterday.  It looks OK, but the
speaker grill is molded in with the rest of the dash.  I was thinking that I
could use the original speaker grill, but no-o-o-o-o-o-o!

Does anyone have any experience with this?  The installation instructions
are sparse, but it LOOKS easy enough to install.  Do I need to take the
gauges out?

Does anyone make a rear floor mat in gray?
