me like the paint is drying in the air before it makes it to the panel. The 
reducer is either not the correct one or incompatible with the paint. Maybe the 
paint is outdated? Where I live, one would need two or three different reducers 
to paint a car depending on what time ( wide temp. swings) it is during the day. 
The paint must be retarded in order to flow and level out. Go back to your paint 
distributor and get their advise. Good luck, it's a lot of hard work to remove 
the bad paint.</o:p></SPAN></FONT></DIV>
